What is the production lead time?
Most knives are custom-made. We confirm a ready-for-dispatch date after the specification, quantity and order details are agreed. Shipping time is listed separately.
Do you supply replacement knives for known machine brands?
Yes. We manufacture independent replacement knives for selected Rapid, Cumberland, Conair and other machine models. Send the machine brand and model so we can check the available drawing or confirm the replacement from your sample or dimensions.
How can you ship the finished knives?
We arrange DAP, FedEx, DHL, air freight or sea freight according to the order size, destination and required schedule.
